When you order from La Belle Epoque, we will dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your order. We send all of our orders via courier and you will have to sign for your delivery.

  1. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you
  2. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
  3. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched
  4. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers



Please note that orders made outside the EU may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country. As La Belle Epoque has no control over these charges, any additional import taxes and duty fees must be borne by you.



Prices on La Belle Epoque online include VAT at 20% for all shipments to EU countries. For shipments to other countries you are responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT or GST as stipulated by each country’s regulation.


All of our orders are packaged in the most discreet packaging. There is no mention of us on the box, and all deliveries arrive in plain brown boxes, just as you would receive anything else. 

Gift boxes are delivered within a normal brown postage boxes, just as with any normal order. 

All of your products packed within the postal box are securely packed in so as to prevent damage. You will also receive a returns form in the event that you would like to return or exchange an item. Our invoices are sent via email.

    Provided that your correct, fully completed return request form is received by our customer care team within 14 days of you receiving your order and all items are returned unworn and with the original product packaging intact, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. No product can be returned to us without an authorised return request.

    Please note that your right to cancel or return a Product does not apply to certain types of Products. The following list provides a non-exhaustive list of the types of Products you cannot cancel or return:

    • Sex Toys in any condition unless faulty, due to hygiene concerns
    • Knickers, bodysuits or playsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact; all of these items must be tried on over your own lingerie
    • Intimate play items including candles, lubricants, massage oils, orgasm balm and toy cleaner which have been opened, tested or partially used
    • Bondage items in any condition unless faulty due to hygiene concerns
    • Opened packs of lingerie or tags removed
    • Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed items.
    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Products which are bespoke, have been made to measure, altered, or personalised to your specification.

    All refunds will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable.

    If you have lost your invoice please write a covering letter detailing the order number and whether you would like an exchange/refund. If you have lost your receipt, we are only able to offer the most recent price.

    Refunds can take up to 21 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the return. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been refunded any amount.

    The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. The cost of returning any unwanted items to us is not paid for by La Belle Epoque.
