How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is easy. Simply select your items, along with size and colour, click 'buy now' and follow the straightforward prompts on screen. If you have any problems, please contact us by emailing info@labelle.co.uk.
Can I order by telephone?
At the moment, we are unable to take orders over the telephone. If you require any help with your order, please do not hesitate to email us: info@labelle.co.uk
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items shown are in stock. If a product does not appear in a specific size in the 'Size' drop-down, this means the item is out of stock. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn't reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing. If you complete your order and we are out of stock, we will be in touch within 5 hours to inform you. Please note that during particularly busy periods, whilst we endeavour to hold all sizes in all product variations, we do occasionally sell out and will get in touch with you ASAP.
What if you are out of stock?
If an item you are interested in is out of stock, please email a customer care representative to inform us of your interest. We can order products in specifically for you, so it is worth the call! Drop us an email to info@labelle.co.uk
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item(s) located, will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. At which point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.
What packaging will my order arrive in?
All orders are packaged in a very plain packaging. Depending on the size of your order, we use white or brown padded jiffy bags, or white or brown cardboard boxes. There is no marking on our orders as to the contents of the parcel or even La Belle Epoque.
Delivery & Returns
What are the delivery costs and options?
All of our orders are sent out via a courier, either UPS or DHL. Delivery to the UK costs £5.00 and takes between 1-3 working days. Unfortunately we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery, although the majority of our parcels arrive next day.

Where does La Belle deliver to?
La Belle delivers worldwide. Please see the note above for International postage prices.
Will I need to sign for my order?
All deliveries require a signature upon arrival: this is for security and privacy reasons. Please ensure that you are available at the delivery address to accept your delivery. If your parcel is not signed for, you will receive a card providing you with instructions to rearrange a delivery or collect your parcel from your local depot. If your delivery fails repeatedly you may be charged again to re-dispatch your order.
Can I change my delivery details once my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address when you place an order.
International Delivery
What currencies can I pay in?
Unfortunately we only accept payment in Great British Pounds. Your bank will convert your currency into GBP for you.
What VAT is charged on my order?
UK VAT is charged on all orders - it is included in the product price and equates to 20%.
What happens with Customs and Duty?
If you are buying goods for delivery to an EU address, then there are no applicable local taxes or duties other than UK VAT which is already included in product prices. For deliveries outside of the EU, customs and duty will be charged by the Country to whichyou are having your product delivered.

How do I know you have received my order and when will payment be taken for my items?
Once you place an order using our online system you will receive an email to the address supplied to confirm your order. Once the goods have been shipped you will receive an email informing you of the dispatch. Goods will only be charged for once your goods have been shipped.
What methods of payment does La Belle accept?
We are happy to accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, American Express and Diners Club. We also accept Paypal.
Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online?
At La Belle your personal information is treated safely and securely. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card details through our system. All orders are processed though a secure checkout system and we do not store your credit card details.
Is my personal information kept private?
All information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point do we share, lease or sell your personal information to any other Organisation.

What do I do if I forget my password?
Please use the link provided on the log in page or contact us using the contact form. Your password will be sent to your registered email address. If you are still experiencing problems, just drop us an email to customerservices@dukesboots.com
Do I need an account to make an order?
No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Having an account not only speeds up the order process, but you will also be able to see your order history; save your personal and payment details as well as edit your favourites items.
